Testimony“Yokko classes are wonderful! I always enjoy going to yoga. Yokko is extremely careful and considerate for your condition. Her technique will energize and relaxe your body in an hour. I strongly recommend her class as she is an exceptional teacher!”
-Roxane Revon "As therapy for a broken hip, I have followed for two years with Yokko a course of therapeutic Essentianl yoga. My muscles have relaxed and strengthened, my balance, posture and breathing have improved immensely, because I have stopped a) slouching and b) tensing my muscles unconsciously. Yokko is a joy to work with and very knowledgeable; my experience of her class has convinced me that the subtle, patient way is the better way, that your body will defend itself by resisting your strenuous efforts to make it conform. I have learned a new awareness of my body and I feel much healthier." -Anne Johnson
