Vedic Tradition: Brahma, the mythological physical representation of Kundalini energy that is dormant muladhara chakra is also referred to as the "root" chakra and represents the most basic human potential.

Vedic tradition: Vishunu, a god in Universal form, a physical representation of Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita. 
The sacrum chakra represents 'one's own abode' and is the creative and generative energy center. 
*Movement potion of vinyasa flow. flowing nature of water flow. Water can let through electricity (energy).

Vedic tradition: Braddha Rudra, a representing the power of destruction, the Lord Shiva, associated element of fire. Yet, with fire comes the breakdown of complex things, and tied to the physical, digestion uses the concept to distill ingested food into smaller useful components of the body. (helps body to decide what id good for it or not) 
*take challenge- increase fire-this physically manifests in higher metabolism

Vedic Tradition: Ishana Rudra Shiva, the representation of the lord Shiva and is associated with pure perpetual happiness. The trident of Ishana Shiva represents the balance of the three lower chakras = preservation (Sacral), destruction (core), and creation (root). The sword is to cut through obstacles in those areas allowing kundalini energy flow upwards.

Vedic Tradition: Panchavaktra Shiva, the five headed representation of lord Shiva, and seeks to dispel he concept of fear and does do via diplomacy and harmonization. 
This chakra is responsible for our communication with others and tries to discern our relationships with the human race. When strong and in balance, this chakra gives rise to compassionate voice and perceptive, patient listening. Panchavaktra Shiva holds an ever lasting continuous beating drum to remind us of these things. Feeling of superiority and jealousy are removed when light shines through this chakra.

AJna/THird EYE

Karma: Consciousness, intuition

Element:Light, electrical, photonic
Location: forehead, pineal gland, third-eye
​Vedic Tradition: Ardhanarishvara, a half man & half woman deity imposed of Shiva and Shakti that represents synthesis of masculine and feminine energies. The Hindi concept here is that this third eye chakra represents the oneness that ensures when we dispel duality. Also, this two sides indicates the circular nature of things and the sutra goals are to fine the middle oneness to break free form vicious cycles of base emotional and cognitive follies. This chakra is manifested in the pineal gland which regulate melatonin (circadian rhythm). This is also known as the guru chakra, and known for physical feelings of ecstasy, sixth sense, feelings telepathy, and extra sensory perception.

The chanting of OM before, during, after asana practice is a direct practice of Ajna chakra meditation. Its is said that practicing the Om sound at a universal frequency of 8Hz will open the third eye. The electromagnetic 'hum' of the earth and that of space is 8HZ. Also balancing and inversion is good practice for third eye chakra.

There are times when co-incidences in life arise and you get ideas to either solve a problem or to create something new.  This can be a manifestation of a proper open crown chakra.
