Open to every levels. This is a Vinyasa flow inspired by Yin&Yang and Ashtanga tradition. Yin Yoga offers long meditative holds your asanas. Yang yoga offers fiery flow, and build your heat. In the beginning of the class, using Yang yoga to build up your heat, then shift to Yin yoga, so that you can approach deeper stretches. With a focus on the area of the hips and sacrum, release stress and tension throughout the entire body, creating structural and mental balance. Ashtanga yoga is one of classic form of yoga. It helps you to build strength, flexibility, and energy flow.
Terapeutic Essentioals Yoga
Take it slow with this gentle, but deep approach to Vinyasa yoga. This practice links poses to breath to reveal body awareness, inner strength, and easeful opening.
Yin / Yang
This class begins with a fiery Yang(Vinyasa) practice to build heat in the body. This heat prepares the body to then melt deeply into 30 minutes of Yin yoga (restorative, deep release).
A deep, restorative approach to the yoga practice with long, meditative holds to delve into the deep connective tissues of the body. Focuses on the area of the hips and sacrum, releasing stress and tension throughout the entire body, creating structural and mental balance.
Gentle yoga with a chair. Deep breathing (Pranayama) practice, deep stretching. Moving slowly with breathing.
Integrates conscious relaxation through a variety of accessible meditation techniques.
Reiki is a healing and self-improvement method originated in ancient Tibet. Jikiden Reiki is discovered by Mikao Usui in Japan late 19th century. Yokko is a certified Jikiden Reiki teacher and offer a group to private session with scale payment option.
